RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund (including your initial shipping charge). All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping must include a tracking number emailed, along with your name, to info@absolutegraphics inc. ph or absolutegraphicsph@gmail.com at the time of shipping. You are responsible for return shipping.

If the item is defected, please email info absolutegraphicsph@gmail.com first to receive different shipping instructions.

If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a full refund.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. Sorry, we do not accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, we’ll have to refuse it and send it back. Thank You!
