What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund (including your initial shipping charge). All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping must include a tracking number emailed, along with your name, to info@absolutegraphics inc. ph or absolutegraphicsph@gmail.com at the time of shipping. You are responsible for return shipping.

If the item is defected, please email info absolutegraphicsph@gmail.com first to receive different shipping instructions.

If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a full refund.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. Sorry, we do not accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, we’ll have to refuse it and send it back.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Send us your order form,

In sending your order form please make sure that you send us
your COMPLETE name, address, contact number, and order
details (size, color, link design, customized prints picture and
etc).
 
Order Form:
Name: (Receiver Name)
Address: (Delivery Address)
Contact Number: (Contact number of the Receiver)
Order: (size, design, color etc.)
 
After sending your order form, Our Owner and Admin-staff will
now compute your total payment for your package. If you know
the computation of your payment you can directly pay your order.
 
TO AVOID SCAM PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE PAYMENT
INFORMATION, THERE WILL BE NO OTHER PAYMENT
INFORMATION THAN THIS.

Reminder: Every time you order please double check your order
if you have chosen the color, size, etc. for the items which have
an options.
If not, we will ship random color of the items you ordered after
you paid.
 
*We will not process your paid order if you do not follow the
instruction above. (Please attach a proof of payment so it will be
easier for us to check your payment. It’s not a requirement but
this will ease the process and make it faster.)
 
DAYS OF PROCESS: Wait for 3-5 working days Including the
Delivery Process Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not
included on our process If you provide a COMPLETE address -
Door to door delivery. If you provide a LBC Branch Location -
Pick up LBC Delivery Process: For Philippines Delivery: We
ship via  LBC For International Delivery.
 
*Provide your complete address including postal code and
Finalized order so we can compute your Total Payment.
(Delivery will be shoulder by the customer) There will be a
chance that the item that you order will be out of stock even if
you have already settled the payment with us. For out of stock
item: You can choose to
 
A. Choose a Replacement/Another Item with the same price
B. Put the money in your Advance Deposit
C. Refund your Money (2-3weeks Process)
D. Wait for the restock to arrive We will reply to your payment
information to confirm your payment. Tracking number will be
provided to your order status once the item has been delivered.
After we updated your order status, chances for queries in
tracking number may not be found in LBC website for a while.
Please wait for 24 hours before tracking your package. Delivery
time is usually 1-2 working days for metro manila, for provinces it
may take 1-3 working days after we ship out your order.(Delays
will solely be on the courier part)
